Cryptography is one of the important aspects to provide security or to maintain confidentiality of information. Hummingbird cryptography is one which is better one for the security of resource constrained devices. Like RFID tag, sensor nodes. Hummingbird can provide the designed security with small block size and is resistant to the most common attacks such as linear and differential cryptanalysis in this paper we review the work done on hummingbird cryptographic algorithm on different platform like microcontroller, sparton-2 FPGA, sparton-3FPGA etc.
